talking or trying to anyway

Earlier today, like way before noon, Maidy cut up a strawberry and gave Matt some. He promptly shoved it in his mouth and said "GOOD!" as plain as could be, one time only. Just thought you'd like to know!

OH! Puke!!

Thursday the kids stayed home from school-vomiting,although I never saw any evidence of being sick on their part, until now. They were told to stay away from Matt. Obviously to no avail, because why else do you think I'd be up at this hour. It is all over our bed. I woke Todd up on the third one. Matt is not feverish or fussy, just kinda dumbfounded when it happens. Thing is he can't lay down or he'll choke on it. If there's anything left in that little stomach, that is. Maidy has him now. I love turns!

Totally afraid of WHAT

Hey! Now I'm not one to sound alarm but............. There's a weatherman out here that announced on his weather cast that the days are getting longer. This with the same intensity in his voice that global warming mandates.!! I don't think so! However if the days are getting as long as he says what will happen when the daylight last until...........and the night shrinks to say 8 hours? Soon will the nightshift cease to exist.?? Ah! Come on! It happens every year. I wonder if they flattened those mountains could they stave off the long night? More urgently should someone tell the weatherman that it's all right.

Again

So I am doing this in the darks! Only because Matt is sleeping dad's arms.

MONDAY gone

Remember that Monday song? You know the line that says "Can't help that day". Well Matt was getting back in the swing of things yesterday and he wore both of us out. Literally!!He's back to napping this morning so hopefully this day will work so much better. Trouble is gone. Mr mouth just walked in.

How to know it's Saturday

Saturday is a very predictable day in Virginia. Read whatever in that. Routine! Heaven knows I'm not too much into routines.

Second

Well here it is, the second. I thought of some super stuff to dazzle you with last night, but then I went to sleep. Unbelievably tired. REASON? Just me and flying. Oh, and the view of DC at dusk was awe-inspiring. Looked like gold necklaces layed out on the ground. West Virginia looked like chocolate icing, the cooked kind that gets dull when it dries. We flew at 35,000 feet so I didn't get to see too much of the mid flight. Did, however, see other planes below us! A first for me! Since Matt slept from St. Louis in, he missed them. I was not about to wake him!!
